Location: Kigali Deadline: Monday, 04/05/2026 13:00 As part of the implementation of its activities, LuxDev, the Luxembourg Development Cooperation Agency, on behalf of the ISHEMA Project Improving Skills for Holistic Employment in Modern Agriculture receiving financial support from the Grand-Duchy of Luxembourg, seeks to hire an economic operator for the tender of Supply and delivery of agricultural shade netting. The performance period of the contract is 6 weeks. 1. Objective and expected results of the contract The objective of this procurement is to supply and deliver durable, high performance agricultural shade netting that will protect crops and nursery plants from excessive sunlight, heat stress, wind, and environmental exposure. In the long run, we expect: a hands-on support on agricultural and horticultural training activities at the selected CoEs; a contribution to climate-resilient farming practices and improved crop management; safe, reliable, and long-term performance under continuous outdoor use; Structured implementation of work-based learning programmes and demonstration plots to strengthen practical skills transfer. 2.
