The Subject Of The Public Contract – Concession For Services Awarded In This Concession Procedure Is The Selection Of A Water Management Infrastructure Operator For The Area Of Waste Water Removal And Treatment, With Which A Contract Will Be Concluded For The Operation Of A Sewage System For Public Use And A Wwtp Owned By The Contracting Authority (Hereinafter Referred To As The “Concession Contract”) In The Sense Of § 8, Paragraph 2 Of Act No. 274/2001 Coll., Act On Water Supply And Sewerage For Public Use, As Amended (Hereinafter Referred To As The Vak Act). The Operator Ensures The Operation Of The Water Management Infrastructure In The Sense Of § 2 Paragraph 3 Of The Act On Vak. The Contractors Consideration For The Services Provided Consists In Taking The Benefits Resulting From The Provision Of Services, Specifically In The Right Of The Selected Supplier As An Operator To Collect Sewage From Customers Connected To The Operated Water Management Infrastructure. The Selected Supplier As The Operator Bears The Operational Risk Associated With The Selection Of The Sewer. The Project Is Related To The Implementation Of Projects Co-Financed From The Operational Program Environment 2007-2014, Namely: Construction Of Sewerage And Wwtp In The Village Of Chrustenice, Registration Number 18510159, And Further To The Project Co-Financed From The Operational Program Environment 2021 – 2027, Chrustenice – Dolejší Alej, Sewage System, Registration Number Cz.05.01.04/01/23_042/0002875. Scope Of The Sewage System: Sewer Network Of The Village Of Chrustenice Ičme Owner 2102-654400-00509663-3/2 Village Chrustenice Gz 2102-654400-00509663-3/1 Chrustenice Village Waste Water Treatment Plant Chrustenice Ičme Owner 2102-654400-00509663-4/1 Village Chrustenice The Sewage Network, Which Drains Wastewater From The Village Of Chrustenice, Is A Separate Sewage System With A Total Length Of Approx. 9,801 Km. The Sewerage Is Mostly Made Of Plastic, A Minimum Of Earthenware. The Sewage System Is Combined – Pressure Sections Dn 50-160 (Length Approx. 2,307 Km), Gravity Sections Dn 150-300 (Length Approx. 7,495 Km). Pp Dn300 Gravity Sewers Are Led To Pumping Stations (4 Units) And Pumped Out By Sludge Pumps To A Higher Gravity Sewer, Or At The Sewage Treatment Plant. The Connected Properties Are Connected To The Sewers By Pp Dn150 And Dn 200 Sewer Branches. Sewer Branches Are Blinded At The Borders Of The Public Space. Apartment Buildings Are Drained By A Combined Sewer Connection Pp Dn 200, Connected To The Čs 3 Pumping Station. Gravity Drains Are Complemented By Pe D110-D50 Pressure Drains. The Properties Are Connected To Pressure Sewers By Secondary Pressure Sewers Pe D40. Secondary Pressure Sewers Are Terminated By A Domestic Pumping Station With A Diameter Of 0.8 M. To Remove The Smell At The Outlet Of The Pressure Sewer A Into The Calming Shaft, A Measuring Shaft And A Fe2(So4)3 Fe2(So4)3 Dosing Station Are Installed Behind The Ai Sewer Connection.
