This Classification Is Based On Substantive And Organizational Differences Between The Cultural Institutions Involved. The Theater And Nis Each Have Their Own Target Group, Programming, Communication Strategy And Work Processes. As A Result, The Nature And Scope Of The Required Communication And Printing Services Differ Substantially. Lot 1 – Theater This Lot Includes The Full Package Of Communication And Printing Services For The Theater. This Concerns The Largest Part Of The Contract And Is Placed On The Market Through This European Tender. Lot 2 – Nis This Lot Includes The Communication And Printing Services For The Nis. The Value Of This Plot Remains Below The Legal Limit For Privately Awarding Small Plots (Article 2.21 Of The Public Procurement Act 2012) And Is Less. The Maximum Quantity Is €480,000 For 4 Years.
