Vanhan Vaasankatu 20) For Eight (8) Teaching Groups With The Necessary Ancillary Facilities And Equipment, As Well As Their Rental For The Period 15.12.2026 - 30.7.2029. The Estimated Total Area Of The Site Is Approx. 760 Brm2. The Available Land Area Is Divided Into The Citys Park Area, Which The City Allocates For The Suppliers Use Free Of Charge For The Rental Period Of The Space Elements. The Offer Must Include The Complete Delivery Of New-Style Teaching Facilities, Which Includes Everything - E.G. Planning, Applying For A Building Permit, Building The Foundations, Installation, Dismantling, Transport, Lifting Equipment, Insurance (Also For The Period Of Use). The Supplier Is Also Responsible For Connecting The Object (Water, Sewage, Electricity, District Heating). The Subscriber Brings The Computer Connection To The Agreed Point, From Where The Supplier Connects It To The Internal Network He Has Built.
