Central Ostrobothnia Welfare Area Soite Is Tendering With This Call For Tenders The Annual Maintenance Of The Buildings Refrigeration Equipment As A Framework Arrangement For The Period 13.6.2026 - 12.6.2029 And Possible Option Periods 13.6.2029 - 12.6.2030 And 13.6.2030 - 12.6.203. The Customer Decides Whether To Use The Option. The Request For A Service Offer Only Applies To Devices Containing More Than 3 Kg Of Refrigerant. An Hourly Price Is Requested For The Maintenance. The Procurement Includes Advance Maintenance Performed Once A Year And, In Addition, Minor, Occasional And Short-Term Maintenance Work, The Exact Amount And Duration Of Which Is Difficult To Estimate On An Annual Basis. As A Rule, The Work Is Carried Out Outside The Cooling Season During Normal Working Hours, Mon-Fri, 07:00–16:00. Only In Urgent So-Called In Emergency Cases, When Agreed Separately, The Above Time Can Be Deviated From. Procurement Is Divided By Locality. The Provider Can Offer One Or More Areas.
