The Procurement Services Of The City Of Turku Are Requesting Bids For The Image And Media Management System (Dam), Which Will Replace The Current Solutions. The Procurement Contract Is Concluded For An Indefinite Period. The New Platform To Be Procured Is Part Of The Citys Digital Material Management (Dam) Solution, The Aim Of Which Is To Increase Productivity And The Value Of Digital Resources By Making Their Organization, Availability, Use And Distribution Easy. The Procurement Aims To: • Develop The Management, Mobility And Usability Of Materials • Improve The Flow Of Communication Between The Various Units Of The City Of Turku And External Partners • Replace The Current Systems, Image- And Material Bank (M-Files) And Public Media Bank (Imagebank X) The Goal Is A System Where All Material Is Centrally Located In One Place With One Login.
