The Framework Arrangement Is Not Binding The Customer To Order And Not The Operator To Produce The Service, But It Defines The Operating Framework For Cooperation. The Work Is Ordered On A Case-By-Case Basis Based On The Special Skills And Experience Required For The Job. The Framework Arrangement Does Not Apply To Larger Construction Projects That Are Tendered Separately, But To Smaller Works That Can Be Tendered Among The Framework Arrangement Partners, E.G.
