This Document Is Not A Procurement Announcement Or A Request For Tender, But A Detailed Market Survey, I.E. A Request For Information. The Welfare Area Of ​​Vantaa And Kerava Is Tendering For The Mechanized Dose Distribution Of Medicines. The Purpose Of This Request For Information Is To Clarify Questions Related To Procurement And To Initiate An Interaction Process Between The Welfare Area Of ​​Vantaa And Kerava And Potential Service Providers. The Goal Of The Information Request Is To Obtain Comprehensive Information About The Availability And Features Of The Service To Be Acquired, So That A Possible Tender Can Be Carried Out In The Most Appropriate Way. The Object Of This Service Is The Mechanical Dose Distribution Of The Customers Medicines. The Mechanized Dose Distribution Of Medicines Is Procured For The Customers Of The Subscribers Home Care And Housing Services. The Subscriber Always Defines The Customers That Fall Within The Scope Of This Procurement. The Number Of Customers Covered By The Service May Vary During The Contract Period. If The Number Of Customers Who Need Dose Distribution Increases During The Contract Period, They Will Be Included In The Scope Of This Purchase. An Essential Part Of The Service Is The Mapping Of The Customers Total Medication In Cooperation With The Attending Physician, And The Up-To-Date Dosage Card, Which Is Regularly Delivered To The Subscribers Representative In Connection With The Dose Distribution Drugs. The Supplier Is Fully Responsible For The Mechanical Dose Distribution Of The Drugs And The Distribution Of The Medication Batches Packed In Dosage Bags To The Subscribers Operational Units In The Selected Area. More Detailed Information About The Operational Units Is In The Appendix To The Request For Tenders. If Necessary, The Customer Can Add New Operational Units To The Procurement Scope Or Remove Old Operational Units From The Procurement Scope. The Customer Has Divided The Procurement Object Into Three (3) Sections. The Bidder Can Bid For One Or More Sections. The Sections Are Divided Geographically According To The Boundaries Of The Operating Units: • Region 1: West Vantaa • Region 2: Central Vantaa • Region 3: Kerava And North Vantaa The Customer Determines The Transition Schedule And The Customer Agrees On The Start Schedule Together With The Supplier. The Selected Supplier, In Cooperation With The Customers Representative, Requests The Customers Consent To Organize The Portion Distribution And Concludes An Account Customer Agreement With The Customer For Invoicing. In The Response To The Request For Information, The Service Provider Must Briefly Introduce His Company And Its Service Concept (Maximum Two A4 Pages). The Company Presentation And Service Concept Should Show What Kind Of Service The Company Offers. The Service Provider Can Also Submit Proposals For Development Ideas That Should Be Taken Into Account In The Tender (Maximum Two A4 Pages). Service Providers Interested In The Content Of The Information Request To Send Comments And Messages Via Cloudia By 12:00 On May 6, 2026. The Vantaa And Kerava Welfare Area Reserves The Opportunity To Have A Dialogue With A Few Companies That Responded To The Market Survey/Information Request, If Necessary. The Welfare Area Does Not Pay Compensation To Service Providers Who Participated In Market Surveys. The Request For Tenders For The Procurement Itself Is Scheduled To Be Published In January 2025. We Ask Service Providers To Note That The Request For Information Does Not Oblige The Vantaa And Kerava Welfare Region To Carry Out The Procurement Based On A Market Survey. The Welfare Area Of ​​Vantaa And Kerava Always Prepares A Possible Tender According To Its Own Needs.
