The Qualification Phase The Competition Starts With A Qualification Phase, Where All Interested Tenderers Can Submit A Request To Participate Until The Deadline Stated In The Schedule. The Request Must Be Delivered In Line With The Descriptions In This Document And The Specified Qualification Requirements To Be Answered. The Client Will Assess The Tenderers Qualifications And Check That There Are No Grounds For Rejection. Only The Qualified Suppliers Can Be Invited To Participate In The Dialogue Phase. The Dialogue Phase Only Qualified Suppliers Invited By The Client May Participate In The Dialogue. The Purpose Of The Dialogue Phase Is To Identify And Define How The Clients Needs Can Best Be Met. The Dialogue Can Be Conducted On All Aspects Of The Acquisition. Through The Dialogue, The Client Will Request Solutions Based On The Clients Needs.
