Descriptionfærder Municipality Wants To Investigate The Possibility Of Establishing The Bærekraftshuset - A Co-Located Arena For Reuse/Reuse, Social Inclusion, Training And Volunteering. The Project Will Help To Reduce The Need For New Purchases Of Equipment, Fixtures And Materials, Increase The Degree Of Re-Use And Reuse And Promote Sustainable, Circular Solutions, While Also Creating Meeting Places That Strengthen The Local Community. The Feasibility Study Will Provide A Solid Decision-Making Basis For Further Political Consideration And Long-Term Planning, And Is Anchored In The Municipalitys Climate And Energy Plan. The Study Will Assess The Practical, Technical And Financial Conditions For The Sustainable House To Be Realized In Færder Municipality In A Way That Contributes To The Municipalitys Goal Of Reduced Climate And Environmental Impact And Increased Social And Economic Sustainability. Bærekrafthuset Will Build On Existing Initiatives In The Municipality, Including Swap/Kvisten, Bua, Voluntary Work And Work Training Initiatives In Collaboration With Nav. In Addition, New Reuse And Recycling Solutions Must Be Developed For Sports Equipment, Office Furniture And Furniture For Living And Selling, And Possibly Other Relevant Objects/Materials. The Purpose Is To Collect And Further Develop The Municipalitys Reuse And Recycling Measures In One Common Structure, At The Same Location, In Order To Achieve Better Resource Utilization, Increased Accessibility For Residents And A Stronger Social Impact. The Sustainability House Will Be A Learning Arena, Work Training Arena And Social Meeting Place For The Entire Population. The Contract Period Is Planned To Last For 9 Months, Or Until The Work Is Completed In The Event Of Unforeseen Delays In Delivery. Estimated Acquisition Value Is 400,000 Excl.
