Concession Of The Drinking Water Supply And Sanitation Service For The Municipality Of Vilalba Dels Arcs.The Concessionaire Will Be Responsible For The Management, In The Entire Geographical Area Of The Municipality Of The Public Service Of Supply Of Drinking Water And Sewerage, To The Effects Of Which It Will Carry Out All The Activities That Are Necessary Or Convenient For An Adequate Management And Operation Of The Service. They Include The Service, The Facilities, In Particular: Intakes, Pipelines, Treatment Plants, Accumulation Tanks And Regulators And Drinking Water Distribution Networks Up To The Home Distribution System And Any Other Facility Necessary And Inherent To The Service, Such As An Electricity Transformation Center, And All The Elements Related To The Same. The Object Of The Contract Includes The Realization Of The Investments Foreseen In The List Of Mandatory Initial Investments In Accordance With The Forecast Of The Economic And Financial Study Of The Concession And That They Are Defined In The Projects Or Evaluated Reports Of The Works To Be Executed, Without Other Modifications Than Those That Are Duly Authorized. The Rest Of The Works That May Arise During The Concession And That Are Not Included In Annex 8 Of The Present Specification Nor Incorporated As A Possible Contractual Modification, Will Have To Be Tendered In Accordance With The Regime Provided For By The Legislation On Contracts That Is Applicable And Respecting The Principles Of Free Competition And Advertising.
