Minor Works Contract For The Replacement Of The External Enclosures Of The Municipal Pavilion With New Aluminum Enclosures With A Break In The Thermal Bridge, Within The Recovery, Transformation And Resilience Plan, Financed By The Next Generation Funds.The Actions To Be Carried Out For The Replacement Of A Large Part Of The Window-Type Closures Of The Municipal Pavilion Quatre Camins De Cadaqués. The Replacement Of The Existing Exterior Pvc Closures With New Aluminum Closures With Thermal Break, Allows To Improve The Energy Behavior Of The System, The Durability And The Overall Performance Of The Building Envelope. The Current Closures, Of Pvc, Together With Their Antiquity, They Present Limitations In Terms Of Tightness, Mechanical Resistance And Possible Degradation Over Time, A Fact That Can Cause Air Infiltration, Energy Losses And A Reduction In Interior Comfort. The Incorporation Of New Aluminum Closures With A Thermal Bridge Breaking System Allows:• Significantly Reducing Thermal Losses, Minimizing The Transmission Of Heat Between The Interior And The Exterior.• Improve The Energy Efficiency Of The Building, Contributing To The Decrease In Heating And Cooling Demand.• Increase Air And Watertightness, Avoiding Infiltrations And Improving Hygrothermal Comfort.• Eliminate Superficial Condensation, Thanks To The Improvement Of The Internal Temperature Of The Profiles.• Increase Durability And Reduced Maintenance, Characteristics Of The Systems High Performance Aluminum.• Comply With Current Regulatory Requirements, Especially Regarding Energy Saving (Cte Db-He).
