The Subject Of The Public Procurement Is Divided Into 3 (Three) Separate Items, As Follows: Separate Position No. 1: Preparation Of Complete Project Documentation For The Reconstruction And New Construction Of The Overhead Power Line 20 Kv Eremia, Located On The Territory Of The Kyustendil District; Separate Item No. 2: Preparation Of Complete Project Documentation For The Reconstruction And New Construction Of Overhead Power Lines 20 Kv Treklyano And 20 Kv Nikolichevtsi, Located On The Territory Of Kyustendil District; Separate Position No. 3: Preparation Of Complete Project Documentation For The Reconstruction And New Construction Of Overhead Power Lines 20 Kv Eltepe And 20 Kv Furka, Located On The Territory Of Blagoevgrad District. ​​​​​​​ Each Applicant/Participant May Participate For All Designated Positions (One Or More Designated Positions, Up To The Maximum Number Of Designated Positions For The Subject Of The Order) Provided That It Meets The Requirements Of The Ppa, The Regulations For The Implementation Of The Ppa And The Requirements Of The Contracting Authority, Including The Selection Criteria Specified In The Announcement And This Documentation. The Contracting Authority Does Not Limit The Number Of Individual Positions That Can Be Assigned To The Same Contractor. The Examination And Evaluation Of The Offers, The Ranking Of The Participants And The Determination Of The Contractor Shall Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Sop, Ppzop And The Present Documentation. The Criterion For Awarding The Current Public Procurement When Determining The Most Economically Advantageous Offer Is Lowest Price. The Ranking Of The Participants Is Carried Out For Each Specific Position Separately. The Participant Who Offered The Lowest Total Price For The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order Is Ranked In The First Place According To The Respective Specific Position. A Contract Is Concluded With The Participant Ranked First For The Respective Specific Position. The Term Of The Contract For Each Item Is 36 (Thirty-Six) Months From The Date It Is Entered Into Or Until The Maximum Contract Value Is Reached, Whichever Occurs First. Upon The Occurrence Of The First Of The Stated Grounds For Termination, The Contract Is Automatically Terminated Without The Need For Notice Or Notice From Either Party To The Other Party. The Performance Of The Contract For Each Specific Item Will Be Carried Out Through A Performance Assignment Document/S, In The Order And Manner Described In The Contract. The Acceptance Of The Works Performed According To The Award Document Is Certified By An Acceptance Protocol Signed By The Parties To The Contract, In The Order And Manner Described In The Contract. Each Applicant/Participant Can Inspect The Object Of The Subject Of The Relevant Specific Position, And The Contact Persons On The Part Of The Contracting Authority And The Requirements For Carrying Out An Inspection Are Indicated In The Documentation.
