The Subject Of This Order Is The Supply Of New, Original, Non-Recycled Consumables For Printers And Copiers For The Needs Of The Municipality Of Burgas. Original Consumables (Toner Cartridges, Ink Cartridges, Etc.) Are Understood To Be New, Unused And Manufactured By The Manufacturer Of The Relevant Brand Of Printing/Copying Equipment And The Use Of Which Preserves The Warranty Of The Equipment Provided By The Manufacturer. Delivery Of Compatible Non-Recycled Supplies Is Allowed Only And Only When The Manufacturer Of The Relevant Printer/Copier Brand Does Not Produce The Supplies Or The Supplies Have Been Discontinued. Compatible Consumables Shall Mean Toner Cartridges, Ink Cartridges, Dot Matrix Printer Ribbons And The Like (Which Are Direct Printing Consumables) That Are New, Unused And On The Manufacturers (Other Than The Printing Equipment Manufacturers) Production Sheet For A Particular Printing Device. When Executing The Order, Exact Compliance With The Set And Approved Technical Parameters Is Mandatory.
