The Following Main Activities Are Included In The Scope Of The Public Procurement: Provides Assistance To The Contracting Authority Regarding The Preparation Of The Necessary Correspondence Related To The Execution Of The Contract To Dfz/Ra; Prepares Documents Related To Project Implementation Reporting Including: Coordinates The Document Flow During The Implementation Of The Planned Activities Within The Project, Including: Assists The Contracting Authority In Carrying Out On-Site Inspections By The Financing And Auditing Institutions; Assists The Contracting Authority In Reporting The Project To The Dfz/Ra At Each Stage Of Its Implementation; Prepares And Compiles Request/Requests For Advance, Interim And Final Payment, Including: Carries Out The Necessary Control And Review Of The Implementation Of The Planned Activities Within The Framework Of The Project.
