The Initially Planned Technical Specification May Be Partially Changed During The Course Of The Dynamic System, By Adding New Medical Supplies Or Reagents And/Or Changing Their Quantities. The Specified Quantities In The Technical Specification Attached To The Documentation Are Estimates And Do Not Create An Obligation For The Employer To Assign Them In The Estimated Volume. The Actual Performance Of The Public Order Will Be Determined On The Basis Of The Medical Consumables And/Or Reagents Actually Delivered, Within The Financial Resources. The Subject Of The Public Procurement Includes Periodic Delivery Of Various Types Of Medical Consumables And Reagents For The Needs Of Mobal Dr. Stefan Cherkezov Jsc, According To The Types And Quantities Specified In The Technical Specification - Appendix No. 1. The Scope Of The Order Includes: » Delivery To The Employers Warehouse; » Unloading Of The Quantity Of Products Delivered According To A Given Request. 2. Legal Basis For Opening The Procedure The Contracting Authority Announces The Present Procedure For The Award Of A Public Procurement Within The Framework Of A Dynamic Purchasing System (Dsp) With The Tin In Rop T466391 On The Basis Of Art. 86, Para. 1 In Connection With Art. 75 Zop And Art. 73, Para. 1 And Art. 18, Para. 1, Item 12 Zop. 3. Term Of Execution Of The Order The Term Of Execution Of The Public Procurement Is 24 (Twenty-Four) Months, Counted From The Date Of Signing The Contract. 4. Estimated Value Of The Public Procurement The Estimated Value Of This Limited Procedure Is Eur 2,721,344.50 Excluding Vat The Estimated Value Of The Order Includes All Costs Related To The Quality And Timely Execution Of The Specific Order, Incl. But Not Just The Shipping Cost. Each Of The Contracts Is Subject To Taxation And Fees, Incl. Vat, According To The Legislation Of The Republic Of Bulgaria. 6. Terms Of Payment - Deferred, Within A Period Not Shorter Than 60 Calendar Days, After Presentation Of The Following Documents: Delivery Invoice Drawn Up In Accordance With The Requirements Of Vat And Vat - Original And 1 (One) Certified Copy; Acceptance-Transmission Protocol Containing The Following Details For Each Batch: Catalog Number, Batch Number And Expiration Date - In Cases Where The Listed Details Are Not Contained In The Invoice 7.
