The Order Is For The Preparation And Daily Deliveries Of Cooked Meals And Food Products According To Requests Prepared By The Contracting Authority In Order To Provide Food According To Types Of Diets For The Patients Of Mbal - Mezdra Eood And Safety Food For Employees With A Specific Nature Of Work. Estimated Monthly Amounts Of Food Are As Follows: Diet No. 1 – 26 Pcs.; Diet No. 9 – 119 Pcs.; Diet 15 – 927 Pcs.; Safety Food - 17 Pcs. The Quantities Are Indicative, And The Actual Quantities And Need Are Determined By The Number Of Patients And By The Staff Performing 12-Hour Shifts According To The Hospitals Monthly Schedules. Each Delivery Is Made In Accordance With The Special Requirements Of Bulgarian Legislation. Transportation Of Ready-Made Food Is Carried Out In Individual Single-Use Packaging; With Vehicles Allowing The Arrangement Of The Dishes In A Way That Does Not Allow Spillage And Violation Of The Structure And Integrity Of The Ready-Made Food During Transport; Vehicles Are Cleaned, Washed And Disinfected Before Each Use.
