Packaged Grocery Goods And Other Packaged Goods; The Types Of Food Products That Will Be Supplied Under This Public Procurement Are Defined In The Technical Specification Attached To The Documentation For Participation In The Procurement. The Food Products Should Be Supplied According To The Conditions Described In The Technical Specification And The Draft Contract In This Documentation. The Quantities Of Food Products Indicated In The Technical Specification Are Approximate. Food Products Should Comply With Bds, Pdo Standard, Us And/Or Equivalent Td Of The Manufacturer, And Should Be Accompanied By The Necessary Commercial Documents. All Food Products Are Packaged And Labeled. The Packages Must Be Sturdy, With Labels In Bulgarian And Contain Information About The Type Of Product, Its Storage, Manufacturer, Quality, Production Date And Expiration Date. Food Products To Comply With The Food Law And Applicable Ordinances, Regulations And Standards. Pursuant To Order No. Н-1 Of 23.07.2024 On The Environmental Requirements For Certain Products Subject To Public Procurement, Promulgated State Gazette, No. 64 Of 30.07.2024, In Force From 14.08.2024, Issued By The Minister Of Environment And Water, The Minister Of Finance And The Minister Of Economy And Industry, In The Supply Of Food Products (Milk And Dairy Products, Meat And Meat Products, Fish And Fish Products, Cereals And Cereal-Based Foods, Vegetables And Fruits, Etc. According To Appendix No. 1 To Art. 4 Of Ordinance No. H-1 Of 23.07.2024 For Product Group: Food, Catering Services And Vending Machines For Food And Beverages - Food Delivery), The Contracting Authority Is Legally Obliged In 2025 And 2026 To Apply The Requirement For The Delivery Of Organic Food Products For 2026 Of The Total Quantity Of The Delivery Of The Food Group, According To A List Of Biological Food Products From The Above Regulation.
