In The Event That There Is A Need To Deliver Additional Textbooks, Study Sets And Provide Access To E-Readable Textbooks, With A View To Providing Additional Unforeseen Units, The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right To Assign An Option For Additional Quantities By Concluding An Additional Agreement To The Public Procurement Contract, On The Basis Of Art. 116, Para. 1, Item 1 Of The Civil Code. ​​​​​​​
