The Required Quantities For Each Individual Item Are Detailed In Specific Requests On The Form Provided By Each Publishing House, With The Total Value Of The Public Procurement Amounting To A Total Of 33,593.53 Euros Without Vat, Divided By Items As Follows: For Op No. 1 – 14,599.58 Euros Without Vat; For Op No. 2 – 11,768.70 Euros Without Vat; For Op No. 3 – 2,553.54 Euros Without Vat; For Op No. 4 – 2,978.72 Euros Without Vat And For Op No. 5 – 1,692.99 Euros Without Vat. The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right To Order More Than The Estimated Amount Of Textbooks, Study Sets And To Request Access To E-Readable Textbooks Depending On The Newly Admitted Students In The Academic Year 2026/2027. In The Event That There Is A Need To Deliver Additional Textbooks, Study Sets And Provide Access To E-Readable Textbooks, With A View To Providing Additional Unforeseen Units, The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right To Assign An Option For Additional Quantities By Concluding An Additional Agreement To The Public Procurement Contract, On The Basis Of Art. 116, Para. 1, Item 1 Of The Civil Code.
