Project: Tender21747 - Hmms04668 - Sjhc London – Pi – Mb – Daycare Flooring And Millwork . Healthcare Materials Management Services (Hmms), On Behalf Of St. Josephs Health Care London (Sjhcl), And In Particular The Facilities Management Department, Is Looking To Establish A Partnership With A Preferred Proponent, To Act As A Constructor, As Outlined In The Rfp Documents, For Hmms04668 – Sjhc London – Pi – Mb – Daycare Flooring And Millwork. The Successful Proponent Will Be Responsible For The Installation Of Flooring And Millwork In The Daycare Center Located Within Parkwood Main Building. The Scope Of Work Will Include, But Is Not Limited To, The Following: • Replacement Of The Majority Of The Existing Flooring. • Removal And Disposal Of The Existing Vct Flooring. • Installation Of Luxury Vinyl Plank Flooring, Vinyl Sheet Good, And Rubber Base. Flooring Materials (Excluding Adhesives) Will Be Supplied By Sjhc. In Addition, Existing Millwork Within The Daycare Centre Will Require Replacement. The Successful Proponent Will Be Responsible For The Removal And Disposal Of Existing Millwork. The Millwork Replacement Must Be Coordinated With The Flooring Installation To Ensure Proper Sequencing And Integration Of The Work. Some Millwork Units Include Sinks And Plumbing Fixtures. The Successful Proponent Will Be Responsible For The Supply And Installation Of All Millwork And Associated Plumbing Fixtures Required For The Project, And For Coordinating The Disconnection And Reconnection Of Plumbing Services As Required To Facilitate The Millwork And Flooring Replacement. The Millwork Scope Shall Also Include The Supply And Installation Of Hardwired Under-Cabinet Lighting. The Work Will Need To Be Completed In Phases To Minimize The Impact On Occupants, As The Daycare Operates Monday Through Friday On A Year-Round Basis.
