The Cft Of The La Araucanía Region Requires Acquiring Software, And Hiring Support And Help Desk Services From Administrative And Educational Platforms For Continuity Of Service Of Its Financial And Academic Platforms For Its Lautaro Headquarters And Angol Headquarters. The Object Of This Tender And The Contract Derived From It Corresponds To The Acquisition And/Or Temporary Transfer Of The Right To Use (License) Of Software Under Saas (Software As A Service) Modality, Along With The Provision Of Associated Services Of Comprehensive Assistance, Version Updates, Technical Support, Maintenance And Operation In The Cloud, Among Other Complementary Services. It Is Expressly Established That This Contract Does Not Constitute A Sale Or An Obligation To Give A Physical Thing With Instant Delivery, But Rather It Is A Provision Of Services And Temporary Licensing Of Software Use. The Foregoing Is Based On The Principles Of Legality, Probity, Efficiency And Transparency That Govern Public Procurement In Chile, In Accordance With Law No. 19,886 And Its Regulations.
