The Detailed Scope Of Works Includes The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Design Documentation, Bills Of Quantities And Stwiorb Constituting Attachments To The Swz. The Contractor Whose Offer Was Selected As The Most Advantageous Is Obliged To Prepare And Submit A Cost Estimate In Consultation With The Ordering Party. Detailed Tender And The Material And Financial Schedule For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Within 7 Days Before The Conclusion Of The Contract And Obtain The Ordering Partys Approval For The Above-Mentioned Documents. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Introduce Comments To The Cost Estimate And Hrf. Failure To Submit A Detailed Bid Cost Estimate Or A Material And Financial Schedule Within The Prescribed Deadline, Or Failure To Take Into Account The Ordering Partys Comments In The Above-Mentioned Documents, May Be Considered By The Ordering Party As The Contractors Avoidance Of Concluding The Contract.
