Tenders Are Invited For Purchase Of Catering Services As Part Of The Project Entitled Active Senior Corner In The Dobryszyce Commune

Part 1 Of The Order - Purchase Of Catering Services For Elderly People Requiring Care. The Subject Of The Order Includes Daily Delivery On Working Days (Excluding Saturdays, Sundays And Public Holidays) Of Two-Course Meals (Soup Plus A Second Course) For 5 Elderly People Requiring Care Residing In The Dobryszyce Commune. As Part Of The Execution Of The Order, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Conduct Consultations By A Person With A Dietitian Qualification With The Persons Indicated By The Ordering Party To Whom The Meals Will Be Delivered In Order To Determine The Monthly A Menu Tailored To The Health Needs Of Each Of These People. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Submit The Developed Menus To The Ordering Party For Approval. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Start Providing The Service On The Day Following Receipt Of Information From The Ordering Party About The Acceptance Of The Menus. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Deliver Meals In Disposable Packaging Every Day To The Residential Addresses Of Persons Indicated By The Ordering Party. A Change Of The Persons To Whom Meals Will Be Delivered May Only Be Made At The Request Of The Ordering Party And Will Require The Conclusion Of An Annex To The Contract. Dishes Should Be Easily Digestible, Prepared From High-Quality Raw Materials, Fresh, Natural, Minimally Processed, With A Limited Amount Of Additional Substances - Preservatives, Thickeners, Colors Or Artificially Flavored; The Contractor Is Responsible For The Quality Of The Meal, The Temperature At The Time Of Serving And Its Taste And Aesthetic Values. The Menu Should Consist Mainly Of Boiled, Baked And Stewed Dishes, With Occasional Fried Foods. When Preparing Meals, It Is Recommended To Use Vegetable Fats, Large Amounts Of Vegetables And Fruit, Including Legumes, Various Types Of Groats, And Moderate Use Of Eggs, Sugar And Salt. Meals Prepared On The Basis Of Semi-Finished Products And Fast Food Or Frozen Meals Are Excluded. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Check The Compliance Of The Delivered Meals With The Ordering Partys Requirements In Terms Of Quality And Maintaining The Appropriate Temperature Of The Delivered Meals, I.E. Soup - Temperature 75 °C (+/-3°C); Second Course - Temperature 65°C (+/-3°C). The Ordering Party Estimates That 2,900 Meals Will Be Delivered As Part Of The Subject Of The Order (5 People X 20 Working Days Per Month X 29 Months). Note: The Quantities Expected Above Are Approximate Quantities Provided By The Ordering Party In Order To Calculate The Price By The Contractor And Evaluate The Offers By The Ordering Party. Deliveries Covered By The Contract Will Be Made Depending On The Actual Needs Of The Ordering Party, However, The Total Value Of The Order May Not Exceed The Maximum Nominal Value Of The Obligation Arising From The Contract. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Limit The Quantity Of The Subject Of The Order, Subject To The Minimum Quantity Of Ordered Meals At 80% Of The Estimated, Foreca
