The Scope Of The Order Includes: 1) Demolition Works• Demolition Of Existing Road Infrastructure Elements,• Milling Of The Existing Bituminous Surface,• Demolition Of Culverts And Stone Elements.2) Earthworks• Construction Of Excavations And Troughs For Structural Elements,• Removal And Management Of Excavated Material.3) Drainage And Culverts• Construction Of New Culverts Under The Road And Exits,• Construction Of End Walls,• Cleaning And Unblocking Ditches.4) Construction Surface• Leveling The Existing Sub-Base,• Making Aggregate Sub-Bases,• Making Bituminous Layers (Binding And Abrasive).5) Shoulders And Exits• Cutting And Filling The Roadsides,• Making The Sub-Base And Paving On The Exits.6) Finishing Works• Tidying Up The Area,• Bringing The Area To The Target Condition. 4. Whenever References To Standards, European Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Section 1 Point 2 And Section 3 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Contractor Should Assume That Such A Reference Is Accompanied By The Words Or Equivalent. If References To Standards, European Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Are Used In The Design Documentation, The Ordering Party Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Described. When Analyzing The Design Documentation, The Contractor Should Assume That Each Reference Used In The Design Documentation Is Accompanied By The Word Or Equivalent. If Trademarks Are Used In The Design Documentation Or Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works, It Means That They Are Provided As Examples And Specify Only The Minimum Expected Quality Parameters And The Required Standard. The Contractor May Use Equivalent Materials Or Devices, But With Similar Or Better Technical And Quality Parameters, The Use Of Which Will In No Way Adversely Affect The Proper Functioning Of The Solutions Adopted In The Design Documentation. The Contractor Who Uses Equivalent Devices Or Materials Will Be Obliged To Demonstrate During The Execution Of The Order That The Devices And Materials Used By Him Meet The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party. The Use Of A Label In The Design Documentation Means That The Ordering Party Accepts All Labels Confirming That Given Construction Works, Supplies Or Services Meet The Equivalent Requirements Of The Label Specified By The Ordering Party.
