3) Description Of The Subject Of The Order. The Subject Of The Order Is The Modernization Of The Vocational Teaching Building Of Zsł In Gliwice And The Construction Of An Elevator For Disabled People Along With The Reconstruction Of The Entrance - Design And Build As Part Of The 10.14 Project, By Carrying Out Renovation Works Of The Existing Rooms Of The Facility. The Subject Of This Order Includes In Particular: A) Development Of Design Documentation Along With Obtaining On Behalf Of And On Behalf Of The Ordering Party All Administrative Decisions And Consents/Approvals Necessary To Start And Implement Construction Works (If Required), B) Execution Based On The Design Documentation For Construction Works Prepared And Approved By The Ordering Party, C) Performing Multi-Sector Authors Supervision Over The Implementation Of The Investment To The Extent Resulting From The Developed Design Documentation. The Detailed Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Is Described In The Functional And Utility Program Constituting Annex No. Operational European Funds For Silesia 2021-2027 (Fund For Just Transition).
