1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Successive Delivery Of Fruit And Vegetable Preserves And Loose Food Products For The Social Welfare Home In Jaromin.2. Part I - Delivery Of Fruit And Vegetable Preserves For The Social Welfare Home In Jaromin. A Detailed List And Quantities Of Fruit And Vegetable Products Covered By The Subject Of The Order Are Included In The Price Calculation Constituting Annex No. 2, Part I To The Swz. The Contractor May Submit An Offer For Any Number Of Parts. One Contractor May Be Awarded An Order For Any Number Of Parts.3. The Size And Range Of Deliveries Will Depend On The Current Needs Of The Ordering Party. The Given Quantities Of Items Are Estimates And May Change (Increase Or Decrease). The Ordering Party Has The Right To Choose The Quantity Of The Ordered Product Within The Limits Specified In The Contract Value. 4. Deliveries Will Be Made Successively, Fruit And Vegetable Preserves And Loose Foodstuffs Should Be Delivered To The Ordering Partys Warehouse Every Day On Working Days From Monday To Friday From 7.00 A.M. To 11.00 A.M. Demands For Individual Items (Quantity, Type And Delivery Date) Will Be Submitted By The Ordering Party By Phone On The Day Before Delivery. The Order Will Indicate The Assortment, Quantities And Place Of Delivery. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right, In Emergency And Unforeseen Situations, To Deliver The Goods On Another Day Or At Other Hours.5. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Possibility Of Submitting Variant Offers.6. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Possibility Of Submitting Partial Offers.7. The Subject Of These Proceedings Is Not The Conclusion Of A Framework Agreement.8. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow For The Possibility Of Awarding Supplementary Contracts (To The Existing Contractor Of The Basic Contract) Referred To In Art. 214 Section 1 Point 7 Or 8). 9. Deliveries Should Be Made In Packaging And Transported By The Contractor At His Expense. Packaging And Means Of Transport Should Comply With Relevant Regulations And Standards Regarding Food Contact. Delivery Of Products Also Includes Unloading And Bringing Them To Places Indicated By Authorized Employees Of The Ordering Party.10. The Ordering Party Undertakes To Examine The Delivered Assortment In Terms Of Quantity On The Day Of Receipt. In The Event Of Quantitative Shortages In A Given Assortment, The Ordering Party Will Notify The Contractor Of This Fact By Phone Or E-Mail. In Such A Situation, The Contractor Will Immediately Complete The Delivery.11. The Contractor Should Provide Fresh Products That Meet The Quality Standards Applicable To A Given Type Of Product In Poland And Have Current Expiration Dates, I.E. At Least Half Of The Shelf Life Provided For Each Item. Packaging Of Delivered Food Products Must Be Marked With A Visible Expiry Date. The Products Should Be Of Good Quality And Free From Defects.12. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Refuse To Accept Products Delivered Incorrectly, In Damaged Pa
