1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Renovation Of Rooms In Buildings B And C Of The Wielkopolska Provincial Office In Poznań At Al. Niepodległości 16/18.2. The Detailed Scope Of Construction Works And The Method Of Their Implementation Were Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Bill Of Quantities, Technical Specification Of Execution And Acceptance Of Works, Which Constitute Annex No. 4 To The Swz. 3. Work Not Included In The Bill Of Quantities, But Necessary To Complete The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To Include In The Offered Order Price.4. All Materials Used To Complete The Order Must Be Of Full Value And Have Valid Quality Certificates, Approval Certificates, Safety Mark Certificates, Declarations Of Conformity Or Certificates Of Compliance With The Polish Standard Required By Applicable Regulations.5. In All Provisions Of The Swz And Its Annexes In Which The Ordering Party Refers To Standards, Approvals, Technical Specifications Or Reference Systems In Accordance With Art. 101 Section 4 Of The Act, The Ordering Party Allows Equivalent Solutions. If The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Annex No. 4 To The Swz) Includes The Names Of Materials, Products Or Devices From Specific Manufacturers, This Should Be Treated Only As A Definition Of The Desired Standard And Quality. In All Such Situations, The Contractor May Offer Equivalent Materials, Products Or Devices With At Least The Same Parameters. Product Equivalence Means Offering A Product Whose Technical Parameters Of The Materials Used Are At Least The Same As Those Described In The Swz. If An Equivalent Solution Is Offered, The Contractor Is Obliged To Demonstrate The Equivalence Of The Solutions Used. 6. The Contractor Who Refers To Equivalent Solutions Is Obliged To Prove/Demonstrate In The Offer That The Proposed Solutions Meet The Requirements Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order To An Equivalent Extent. At The Stage Of Work Implementation, The Contractor Will Use The Materials Indicated In The Offer, Prepared On The Basis Of The Documents Listed In Section. 2. 7.
