The Subject Of The Order Is An Investment Consisting In The Implementation Of The Task Titled: Pułtusk, Tenement House At Rynek 23 (1826 - 27): Construction Works On The Tenement House At Ul. Rynek 23 In The Scope Of Roof, Facade, Woodwork - The Tenement House Is An Immovable Monument. Located On Plots No. 133, Precinct 0014 Of The City Of Pułtusk. Scope Of Work: The Following Works Will Be Performed As Part Of The Task: Security Works, The Task Includes Conservation, Restoration And Construction Works On The Historic Tenement House At Ul. Rynek 23, Entered Into The Register Of Monuments Under Number A-129. The Aim Of The Project Is To Secure And Preserve The Historic Substance Of The Facility And Restore Its Aesthetic And Functional Values. The Scope Of Work Includes In Particular: 1) Replacement Of The Truss And Roof Covering, With Reconstruction Of The Roof Truss Structure And Implementation Of New Flashings, Gutters And Downpipes, 2) Replacement Of Window Joinery With Replacement Of External Sills, 3) Replacement Of External Door Joinery, 4) Elevation - Renovation Of The Front, Side And Rear Elevations, Including Repair Of Plasters, Cornices And Architectural Details And Painting Facade Surfaces, 5) Renovation Of The Balcony, 6) Renovation Of Gate Columns, 7) External Stairs, 8) Canopy Over The Entrance, 9) Curtain Insulation Of External Basement Walls - Vertical Insulation, 10) Basement Drying - Non-Invasive System - Capillary Moisture Blocking, 11) Lightning Protection Installation Order Co-Financed By The Ministry Of Culture And National Heritage, Department Of Conservation Monuments.
