The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of Construction Works Consisting In The Reconstruction And Superstructure Of The Existing Building Of The Volunteer Fire Department In Goszcza, Located On Plot No. 219/3, Along With The Construction, Reconstruction And Adjustment Of Internal Installations. The Planned Project Is Of A Modernization And Reconstruction Nature, Resulting From The Poor Technical Condition Of The Facility And Damage Resulting From Atmospheric Events (In Particular Damage To The Roof Structure). At The Same Time, The Investment Is Aimed At Adapting The Building To The Current Technical, Operational And Fire Protection Requirements, Without Changing Its Basic Function. The Scope Of Work Includes In Particular: Preparatory And Demolition Works, Consisting In Dismantling The Existing Roof Structure, Removing Selected Structural And Finishing Elements, Including Partition Walls, Internal Cladding And Installation Elements. These Works Are Aimed At Preparing The Facility For The Implementation Of The Basic Scope Of Reconstruction; Performing Construction Works Related To The Superstructure And Reconstruction Of The Building. They Include The Construction Of Brick And Reinforced Concrete Structure Elements, Including Ceilings, Ring Beams, Columns And Beams, As Well As The Construction Of A New Wooden Roof Structure. These Works Also Include The Adaptation Of Existing Building Elements To New Design Solutions, Including The Superstructure Of Chimneys And The Construction Of New Chimney Flues; Construction Works Including The Construction Of External And Internal Partitions, Thermal Insulation, Roofing And Façade Finishing. The Facades Will Be Finished With Thin-Layer Plasters And The Roof Will Be Covered With Metal Tiles; Execution Of Internal Installations, Including Water Supply, Sewage, Central Heating, Gas, Electrical And Telecommunications Installations; Execution Of Internal Finishing Works, Including Repair And Restoration Of Surfaces Damaged As A Result Of Previous Damage, Painting And Adaptation Of Rooms For Further Use; Execution Of Elements Related To Fire Safety Of The Facility, Including Division Into Zones Fire Protection Devices, Provision Of Lightning Protection Installations, Evacuation Lighting And Other Required Protections.
