The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Natural Road Aggregate (I.E. Mineral Aggregate That Has Not Undergone Any Other Form Of Processing Apart From Mechanical Processing), Intended For The Maintenance And Renovation Of Roads In The Kozy Commune, Meeting The Requirements Of The Pn-En 13242:2010 Standard Aggregates For Unbound And Hydraulically Bound Materials Used In Buildings And Road Construction Or Equivalent. The Ordering Party Excludes The Possibility Of Delivery: A) Road Aggregate Produced On The Basis Of Steel Slag, B) Aggregate Resulting From The Processing Of Post-Production Raw Materials From Hard Coal Mines, C) Aggregate Resulting From The Processing Of Inorganic Material Previously Used In Construction, D) Dolomite Aggregate.1. The Above List Constitutes The Basis For Estimating The Value Of The Order. Other Conditions: All Quantities Of The Assortment Are Estimated Quantities. The Ordering Party Allows For Changes In The Quantity Of Individual Items Of The Assortment, Provided That The Ordering Party Makes Purchases Up To The Amount Specified In § 8 Section 1 Of The Contract, Resulting From The Submitted Offer (Offer Price), The Ordering Party Will Make Purchases Successively, According To Actual Needs.
