The Contractor Is Obliged To Complete The Order On The Terms And Conditions Described In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract Constituting An Integral Part Of The Swz. The Works Covered By The Subject Of The Order Include General Construction, Sanitary And Electrical Works, Which Should Be Performed In Accordance With The Scope Of Work Specified In The Bill Of Quantities And The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of The Works.
