1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Reconstruction Of The Playground On The Plot With Registration Number 73/14 In The Town Of Ściborze, Commune. Rojewo.2.The Scope Of The Study Includes: − Removal Of Existing Equipment Intended For Dismantling, − Removal Of The Existing Synthetic Surface, − Marking Out Excavations For A Safe Gravel Surface, − Marking Out Excavations For A Synthetic Surface, − Removing Topsoil From Part Of The Area And Making Excavations (External Gym On A Grass Surface) − Making A Safe Gravel Surface, − Making A Surface Synthetic, − Installation Of Playground Equipment, Located In Accordance With The Land Development Design, − Installation Of Three Outdoor Gym Devices, − Recultivation Of Part Of The Lawn, − Post-Construction Inventory. Note! 3. The Ordering Party Requires That The Offered Devices Have Certificates Of Compliance With The Standards Of The Pn-En 1176 Series (Playground Equipment And Surfaces), Issued By An Accredited Certifying Body. These Certificates Must Apply To Individual Devices, Not To A System Of Devices. 4. The Ordering Party Informs That It Is Changing The Provisions Of The Design Documentation Regarding The Permissible Dimensional Tolerances Of The Devices. In Relation To All Devices For Which The Following Provision Is Indicated: In Terms Of Dimensions, A Device Smaller By 15% Will Be Considered Equally Valid, The Ordering Party Is Introducing A Change To Limit The Permissible Reduction Of Dimensions - Devices Can Be Smaller By A Maximum Of 5% Compared To The Dimensions Specified In The Design. The Change Results From The Need To Maintain The Functionality Of The Devices - Excessive Reduction Could Result In The Inability To Use Them Properly.
