The Subject Of The Order Is The Contractors Provision Of A Service That Includes: 1) Pre-Design, Preparatory And Conceptual Works For The Construction Of The Nieznań - Żelewo Bicycle Road (Along Municipal Road No. 400044Z); 2) Preparation Of Multi-Discipline Design Documentation For The Construction Of The Nieznań - Żelewo Bicycle Road, Along The Municipal Road No. 400044Z, With An Estimated Length Of Approximately 2.8 Km; 3) Preparing And Submitting, On Behalf Of The Ordering Party, A Complete Application For Issuing A Zrid Decision, And Then Obtaining The Final Decision Authorizing The Implementation Of The Road Investment, Along With Obtaining All Legally Required Opinions, Arrangements, Administrative Decisions, Permits, Consents And Other Documents Necessary To Obtain This Decision And The Implementation Of Construction Works Covered By The Design Documentation; 4) Preparation Of Bills Of Quantities, Investor Cost Estimates And Technical Specifications Necessary For The Ordering Party To Award An Order For The Implementation Of Construction Works Covered By The Zrid Decision; 5) Performing Authors Supervision Duties During The Implementation Of The Investment; 6) Transfer Of The Copyright To The Entire Documentation And Each Of Its Components To The Ordering Party, As Well As The Contractors Declaration Of The Right To Any Adaptation Or Use Of The Entire Documentation Or Any Part Thereof.
