The Subject Of The Order Is The Development Of An Architectural Design, Land Development Design And Technical Design For Construction Works Requiring A Building Permit In Order To Modernize The Facility Of The Hospital In Solec And Adapt It To The Needs Of The Branch Of The Geriatric Hospital Of Stołeczne Centrum Opiekuńczo-Lecznicze Sp. Z O. O. And Obtaining Legally Required Consents And Derogations Necessary To Implement The Subject Of The Order And Conducting Authors Supervision. The Scope Of Tasks Includes In Particular: 1. Development Of The Functional Concept Design Regarding The Development Of The Existing Usable Area On The Ground Floor And Basement Of The Hospital Building In Solec. The Design Should Be Agreed With The Entity Competent In Fire Protection Matters And Approved By The Ordering Party.2. Development Of Design Documentation, Hereinafter Referred To As Documents, Enabling Construction Works To Be Carried Out, Enabling The Adaptation Of The Ground Floor And Basements Of The Hospital For Medical Activities In Accordance With The Concept Design Approved By The Ordering Party, Including: Development Of Detailed Full-Sector Technical Designs In Individual Industries Along With Cost Estimates And Bills Of Quantities As Well As Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works, Taking Into Account The Division Of The Costs Of Construction Works Among Indicated Medical Entities Operating In Individual Parts Of The Hospital. Submitting, On The Basis Of The Power Of Attorney Granted By The Ordering Party, To The Competent Authorities An Application For The Issuance Of A Decision On A Replacement Building Permit Along With Obtaining The Consents Required By Law And Derogations Resulting From The Nature Of The Historic Building And Fire And Sanitary Regulations Applicable To Entities Conducting Medical Activities. The Documentation Should Be Merged With The Existing Technical Documentation (Architecture, Structure, Sanitary, Electrical And Telecommunications) So That The Solutions For Each Floor In Each Industry Are Included In One Drawing. Additionally, Previously Prepared Cost Estimates Should Be Updated And Merged With The Cost Estimates For The Geriatric Hospital Into One Cost Estimate.3. Performing Authors Supervision Over The Implementation Of Construction Works Covered By The Order (Basements, Ground Floor And Part Of The Land Development). Authors Supervision In All Industries Will Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Applicable Regulations, In Particular In Accordance With The Act Of July 7, 1994 Construction Law (Journal Of Laws 2021.2351) And On The Principles Set Out In This Agreement.
