1) The Subject Of The Order Is A Comprehensive Catering Service With Full Technical Equipment And Waiter Service For 250 Participants Of The Conference On July 5-10, 2026. By Catering Service, The Ordering Party Understands The Service Of Preparing, Delivering And Serving Meals By Waiter Service, The Service Of Ongoing Replenishment Of Refreshments And The Cleaning Service During And After Serving Meals Using The Contractors Own Staff, Devices, Equipment, Dishes And Products During Conference.The Service Includes:1. Continuous Coffee Break (Service Open Throughout The Duration Of The Event) On July 6 - 10, 2026.2. Lunch Served In The Form Of A Buffet On July 6-9, 20263. Welcome Banquet On July 5, 20264. Providing Vegetarian And Vegan Options,5. Transport, Assembly, Disassembly, Service And Cleaning.2) The Place Of Execution Of The Order Will Be The Faculty Of Chemistry Of The Lodz University Of Technology - Building A34 - Alchemium, Ul. Żeromskiego 114. 3) The Service Will Be Provided To 250 People Who Are Conference Participants And/Or Invited Guests. The Final Number Of Conference Participants On Individual Days Of The Conference Will Be Announced No Later Than 25 Calendar Days Before The Start Date Of The Conference Electronically (E-Mail) By Persons Authorized To Represent The Ordering Party.4) The Ordering Party Reserves That The Number Of Participants May Change - Depending On The Applications Of Conference Participants Declaring Their Participation In It. The Contractor Is Not Entitled To Any Claims On This Account (Subject To The Minimum Value Of The Performance Specified In The Contract And The Ordering Partys Right To Exercise The Option Right Specified In § 3 Of Annex No. 11 To The Swz. 5) The Subject Of The Order Includes The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Basic Contract And May Include The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract Covered By The Option Right. The Detailed Requirements Of The Ordering Party Regarding The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order Are Included In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Constituting Annex No. 10 To The Swz (Hereinafter Referred To As Opz) And The Draft Provisions Of The Contract Constituting Annex No. 11 To The Swz.
