Any Names And Trademarks Provided By The Ordering Party Are Exemplary And Their Indication Is Intended To Determine The Expected Standard, And The Ordering Party Allows The Submission Of Equivalent Offers. Pursuant To Art. 99 Section 5 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Accompanied By The Words Or Equivalent, Which Means The Possibility Of Proposing Equivalents Of The Requested Products, Having The Same Or Similar Features In Terms Of Chemical Composition, Functionality, Flexibility, Ergonomics And Durability.
