The Subject Of The Order Is The Service Of Investor Supervision In The Field Of Construction, Sanitary, Electrical, Telecommunications And Road Construction Related To The Construction Of A Sports And Entertainment Hall With An Above-Ground Parking Lot, Necessary Infrastructure And Land Development At Ul. Wawelska 5 In Warsaw As Part Of The Investment Project Entitled Modernization Of The Area At Ul. Wawelska 5 - Stage Ii (Task Code C/Om/Viii/P1/39B).2. The Subject Of The Order Should Be Performed In Accordance With The Description Of The Subject Of The Order And The Draft Provisions Of The Agreement, Constituting Annex No. 1 And 2 To The Swz, Respectively.3. Due To The Nature Of The Order, The Ordering Party Expects To Carry Out A Local Inspection Of The Area Where The Subject Of The Order Will Be Implemented. An On-Site Visit Is Obligatory, Otherwise The Offer Will Be Rejected.
