1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of Projects From The Participatory Budget Selected In 2025 For Implementation In 2026: A) Decidum 277: Biologically Diverse Mini Park In Warsaw, In The Wola District At Ul. Kasprzaka And Bema, B) Decidum 1390: Flowers, Shrubs, Trees And Lighting In Muranów And Młynów Ul. Dzielna,C) Decidum 1935: Wola: Green Metamorphosis Of The Koło And Ulrychów Housing Estates - A Pocket Park, New Trees And Shrubs Including The Green Areas Near Ul. Battles Of Lenino, Ul. Brożka And The Area Of ​​Prince Janusz Park, Which Include In Particular: - Supply Of Vegetation, - Preparation Of The Area For Planting Vegetation, - Planting Vegetation, - Mulching With Bark, - Care During The Warranty Period. 2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, The Scope Of Work And The Method And Conditions Of The Order Execution (Including Quality Standards Of The Work Performed) And The Conditions For Accepting The Subject Of The Order Are Specified In: A) The Draft Provisions Of The Contract, Hereinafter Also Referred To As The Contract Template, Constituting Annex No. 6 To The Swz, B) A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, Which Constitutes Annex No. 1 To The Contract Template, C) The Price Form, Which Constitutes Annex No. 3 To The Contract Template.3. Information On The Division/Lack Of Division Of The Order Into Parts. The Ordering Party Did Not Divide This Order Into Parts, As Such A Division Would Pose A Risk Of Excessive Technical Difficulties And Excessive Costs Of Execution Of The Order. The Need To Coordinate The Activities Of Various Contractors Implementing Individual Parts Of The Contract Could Seriously Jeopardize The Proper Execution Of The Contract. Additionally, The Value Of The Contract Indicates That Contractors From The Small And Medium-Sized Enterprise Sector May Apply For It. Due To The Above, Dividing The Awarded Contract Into Smaller Parts Is Unjustified. 4. The Ordering Party Informs That It Intends To Allocate The Gross Amount Of Pln 299,508.00 To Finance The Awarded Contract. 5. Warranty: The Contractor Will Provide A Warranty For The Completed Subject Of The Contract For A Period Of 12 Months, Which Will Start From The Date Of Completion Of The Subject Of The Contract, Confirmed By The Work Completion Acceptance Protocol, Signed By Both Parties.6. The Ordering Party Does Not Require An On-Site Visit.7. The Ordering Party Does Not Provide For The Possibility Of Awarding Orders Pursuant To Art. 214 Section 1 Point 8 Of The Public Procurement Law.
