1.1. The Subject Of The Order Is: 1.1.1. Development Of Full-Discipline And Comprehensive Design Documentation At The Construction And Technical Design Stage, Together With Stwiorb (Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works);1.1.2. Obtaining A Building Permit Decision On Behalf Of The Ordering Party Enabling The Implementation Of Construction Works In The Building;1.1.3. Performing Authors Supervision During Construction Works;1.2. The Subject Of The Order Concerns Design Documentation For The Renovation, Reconstruction And Thermal Modernization Of An Office Building At Ul. Szafera 10 In Szczecin In Accordance With The Specifications Described In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Hereinafter Referred To As Opz), Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Swz And Annex 1A To The Swz, I.E. A Comprehensive And Multi-Discipline Architectural And Construction Concept For The Project Entitled: Renovation Of The Building At Ul. Władysława Szafera 10 In Szczecin On Plot Number 17/51, Precinct 2046 Szczecin” Prepared By Fasada S.C. The Ordering Party Decides Not To Obtain A Breeam Certificate For The Building After The Reconstruction, Therefore The Provisions On Certification Do Not Apply. 1.3. The Offer Must Cover The Entire Subject Of The Order Referred To In Point 1.1 Above. 1.4. The Conditions For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Are Included In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract - Annex No. 7 To The Swz And Opz.1.5. The Estimated Value Of The Contract In Question Does Not Exceed The Eu Thresholds Referred To In Art. 3 Pzp. Deadline For Completing The Subject Of The Order In Terms Of Design Documentation Along With Obtaining A Building Permit: Up To 300 Days From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract. Note! The Deadline For Completing The Subject Of The Contract Is One Of The Criteria For Evaluating Offers. As Part Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Will Prepare Comprehensive, Complete Design Documentation Together With Stwiorb (Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works) And Obtain, On Behalf Of The Ordering Party, A Building Permit Enabling The Implementation Of Construction Works In The Building And Construction Works Related To The Construction Of An Underground Garage. The Deadline For Carrying Out Authors Supervision During The Implementation Of Construction Works Based On The Design Documentation Is No Longer Than 36 Months From The Date Of Signing The Final Acceptance Protocol Of The Design Documentation.
