The Subject Of The Order Is The Preparation Of A Study Entitled Analysis Of The Impact Of The Project On The Acoustic Climate, Taking Into Account The Entire Existing Infrastructure For Hard Coal Mining, As Well As Expected Changes In Its Operation And Planned New Devices And Installations, For The Combined Deposits: Piast-Ziemowit, Murcki-Staszic And Wesoła. The Analysis Should Be Prepared In 3 Parts, Separately For: The Combined Deposits Piast-Ziemowit, Combined Deposits Murcki-Staszic, Deposit Wesoła. Substantive Scope Of Each Analysis: The Scope Of Work Should In Particular Include: • Identification Of Noise Sources, • Determination Of The Acoustic Power Of Individual Sources Along With The Schedule Of Their Operation; In The Absence Of Technical Data On Sources, Measurements Of The Acoustic Power Of Devices Should Be Performed (Measurements May Be Unaccredited, Only For The Purpose Of Preparing Documentation), • Determining The Current Acoustic Background, • Developing A Computational Model (In The Soundplan Program) And Calculating The Noise Spread, Analysis Of The Results, • Assessment Of The Impact On The Acoustic Climate; If Necessary, Proposing Corrective Actions And Re-Analysis, • Designating Acoustically Protected Areas Based On The Provisions Of Local Spatial Development Plans (Mpzp) Or, In The Absence Of A Local Spatial Development Plan, Based On The Communes Certificate On The Intended Use Of The Areas, In Accordance With Art. 115 Of The Environmental Protection Law• Preparation Of Chapters For The Environmental Impact Report Related To The Impact On The Acoustic Climate,• Participation At The Stage Of Agreeing Documentation (Issuing Decisions) In The Scope Of Providing Necessary Explanations Or Submitting Supplements
