1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Successive Provision Of Catering Services For Participants Of Postgraduate Studies And For Graduates, Lecturers And Guests As Part Of The Graduation Ceremony Of Postgraduate Studies Organized On The Premises Of The University Of Economics In Katowice.2. By Providing Successive Catering Services, The Ordering Party Understands The Service Of Preparing Meals And Drinks (Catering Sets In Accordance With The Description In Form No. 3. The Provision Of Catering Services As Part Of Events Organized By The Ordering Party Will Be Carried Out Successively, Based On Separate Orders Sent By The Ordering Party In Electronic Form. 4. In The Case Of Providing Catering Services To Participants Of Postgraduate Studies, Each Order Will Include The Provision Of Services For Not Less Than One And Not More Than Six Separate Groups Of Participants. The Size Of Each Group Will Be Indicated Each Time By The Ordering Party In The Order And Will Be No Less Than 18 And No More Than 42 People. The Maximum Number Of Participants In All Groups On One Day Will Be No More Than 146 People.5. In The Case Of Providing Catering Services For Graduates, Lecturers And Guests As Part Of Postgraduate Graduation Ceremonies, Each Order Will Include The Provision Of Services For Not Less Than One And Not More Than Three Separate Groups Of Participants. The Size Of Each Group Will Be Indicated Each Time By The Ordering Party In The Order And Will Be No Less Than 50 And No More Than 200 People. The Ordering Party Allows The Organization Of No More Than 2 Events Combined With The Provision Of Catering Services On The Same Day.6. The Ordering Party Will Make Available The Rooms In Which The Events Will Take Place On The Date Agreed With The Contractor, But At Least 2 Hours Before The Start Of The Event. The Ordering Party Will Also Provide Access To Utilities, I.E. Electricity And Water. 7. The Quantities Of Catering Sets Provided By The Ordering Party In Form No. 1 To The Swz (Offer Form) Are Used Only For The Evaluation And Comparison Of Offers And Are Based On Estimated Quantities. The Actual Quantities Of Catering Sets Will Result From The Current, Actual Needs Of The Ordering Party.8. In Accordance With The Provisions Of § 3 Section 12 Of The Draft Provisions Of The Contract Constituting Form No. 4 To The Swz, The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Limit The Scope Of Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order To 50% Of The Maximum Remuneration, And The Contractor Will Not Submit Any Claims In This Respect.9. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order And A Description Of The Method Of Performing The Contract And The Contractors Obligations Are Specified In:9.1.The Draft Provisions Of The Contract, Hereinafter Referred To As Ppu, Constitute Form No. 4 To Swz.9.2.Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Hereinafter Referred To As: Opz, Constitute Form No. 5 To Swz.10. The Contract In Question Is Part Of A Larger Contract Awarded In Parts.
