The Subject Of The Order Are Construction Works Consisting In Land Development And Implementation Of Small Architectural Elements In Order To Create A Recreational Area With A Parking Lot, Pedestrian Paths And Technical Infrastructure, As Part Of The Implementation Of The Investment Task Titled Development Of The Area At Dworcowa Street In Obrowo. The Investment Area Is Located Next To The Railway Station On Plots No. 151/6 And 151/7 In Obrowo, Obrowo Commune. The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular The Construction Of A Parking Lot, Construction Of Pedestrian Paths, Delivery And Assembly Of Small Architecture Objects (Park Benches, Information Boards, Waste Bins, Bicycle Racks), Installation Of Lighting Fixtures With Solar Panels And A Wind Turbine, And Construction Of The Necessary Technical Infrastructure. The Scope Of Work Also Includes Earthworks Related To Shaping The Area Around The Designed Facilities And Communication Routes.2. The Investment Area Is Located Next To The Railway Station In Obrowo. Plots No. 151/6 And 151/7 Are Undeveloped. In The Vicinity Of The Investment Area There Are Mainly Single-Family Residential Buildings And Single Service Facilities, Including: Commercial Facilities, Church And School. The Investment Area Is Directly Adjacent To The Railway Station And Railway Tracks, But Is Not A Closed Area Within The Meaning Of Separate Regulations. Access To The Investment Area Is Provided Indirectly Via The Municipal Road - Ul. Dworcowa, Which Is The Main Access To The Area And Provides A Connection With The Rest Of The Town. There Are Overhead Power Lines And Underground Utilities On The Investment Site And In Its Vicinity, In Accordance With The Map For Design Purposes. The Area Is Covered With Low And Medium-High Greenery, Having No Significant Ecological Or Aesthetic Value, As Well As Single Trees. The Terrain Is Mostly Flat, With Minor Differences In Altitude. The Investment Does Not Include Cutting Down Trees Or Demolition Works.3.
