Architectural, Engineering And Surveying Services – Kindergarten In The Municipality Of Brno - Královo Pole, Location Délostrelecká - Processing Of Project Documentation And Other Services. The Subject Of The Public Contract Is The Preparation Of Project Documentation (Or Project Documentation), The Subject Of Which Is The Construction Of A Temporary Building For The Modular Kindergarten Mš In Mč Brno – Královo Pole, Locality Dělostrelecká, To Such A Degree And Quality That Will Allow Proper Preparation Of The Building In Accordance With The Relevant Legal Regulations (Requirements For The Individual Stages Of The Project Documentation Are Specified In Annex No. 1 Of The Procurement Documentation). The Building Of The New Container Kindergarten Will Contain 8-9 Classes With A Total Capacity Of Max. 225 Children, Facilities For School Management, Teaching And Non-Teaching Staff, As Well As Utility Network Connections And Necessary Parking Areas. The Kindergarten Building Will Be Connected By A Fenced School Garden For Children To Stay Outside, Including Play And Teaching Elements. Unlike The Investment Plan, The Building Will Not Contain A Kitchen With Operational Facilities. The Whole Days Food Will Be Imported In Thermoboxes From An External Gastro Operation. Part Of The Developed Project Documentation Will Be Documentation Of Negotiations With State Administration Bodies, Opinions, Consents, Or Decisions Of The Concerned State Administration Bodies Prescribed By Special Legal Regulations And The Inclusion Of Comments And Decisions In The Project Documentation.
