Payroll Management Services – Outsourcing Sap Human Resources Management System And Payroll Services. The Subject Of The Tender Is Two Service Components Which, Due To The Expected Common System-Technical Basis And The Comprehensive Data Processing, Are Not To Be Separated Into Lots, But Are To Be Awarded Together To A Suitable Bidder. The Basic Object Of The Service Is The Provision Of A Solution For Human Resources And Organizational Management (Hcm) Based On Sap Software As Software As A Service For Use By The Client. It Is The Responsibility Of The Bidder As The Contractor To Specifically Determine The Appropriate Solution To Be Operated In The Long Term And To Keep It In A Functional Condition During The Contract Term; Provision Based On Sap Hcm For S/4Hana Is Preferably Aimed For. In Addition, The Bidder Will Contract Out The Provision Of Payroll Services, Which Can, But Does Not Have To, Be Based On The Software Solution For Personnel And Organizational Management Provided. The Bidder Is Therefore Free To Choose His Software Solution; Any Licenses And Usage Rights That Are Required To Provide These Services Must Be Taken Into Account As Part Of His Offer. The Payroll Services Are Therefore Awarded In The Sense Of A Business Process Outsourcing (Bpo) And Are Ultimately To Be Provided By The Bidder. Both Service Areas Are To Be Provided Productively From January 1St, 2028 And Have A Term Of Four Years And Two Extension Options For The Client For A Further Two Years Each, So Will Be Provided Until December 31St, 2035 At The Latest. A Period Of One Year Is Planned For The Transfer Of The Services To The Bidder; A First And Complete Sample Invoice Must Be Provided By October 1St, 2027 At The Latest. The Period Of Introduction And Transfer Is Preceded By The Standard Contract Term As A Transition And Transformation And Is Scheduled From January 1St, 2027. The Surcharge On The Services Is Therefore Planned Until November 2026. The Bidder Is Also Obliged To Support A Transfer To A Subsequent Provider As Part Of The Contract Termination And To Provide The Necessary Support For Up To A Further Six Months.
