The Object Of The Public Procurement Is A Service Within The Meaning Of Art. 3, Para. 1, Item 3 Of The Public Procurement Act (Ppa). The Subject Of The Public Procurement Is The Provision Of Insurance Services Distributed Under The Following Separate Items: Separate Item No. 1 Professional Liability Insurance Separate Item No. 2 Car Insurance Separate Item No. 3 Movable Property Insurance Medical Equipment The Estimated Value Of This Public Order For The Provision Of Insurance Services Is Eur 240,000.00 (Two Hundred And Forty Thousand Euros) Excluding Vat, Including Tax On Social Insurance Liability, Divided Into Three Separate Items (Op), As Follows: Insurance No. 1: Professional Liability Insurance - 208,811.20 Euros (Two Hundred And Eight Thousand Eight Hundred And Eleven Euros And Twenty Euro Cents) Excluding Vat, Including Tax Under Social Insurance Liability; Op No. 2: Automotive Insurance - 25,053.30 Euros (Twenty-Five Thousand And Fifty-Three Euros And Thirty Euro Cents) Excluding Vat, Including Vat Tax. Op No. 3: Movable Property Insurance Medical Equipment - 6,135.50 Euros (Six Thousand One Hundred And Thirty-Five Euros And Fifty Euro Cents) Excluding Vat, Including Tax Under The Social Security Act. According To Art. 21, Para. 6 Of The Zop, The Contracting Authority Has The Right To Assign Individual Items In The Order Valid For The Individual Value Of Each Of Them, Provided That The Value Of The Respective Individual Item Does Not Exceed €79,998.77 For Supplies And Services And The Total Estimated Value Of The Individual Items Awarded In This Way Does Not Exceed 20 Percent Of The Total Value Of The Order. In These Cases, Regardless Of The Residual Value Of The Order, It Is Awarded In The Order Applicable To The Total Estimated Value Of The Entire Order. Bearing In Mind The Above, The Estimated Value Of Separate Item No. 1 Professional Liability Insurance, Which The Contracting Authority Intends To Assign Under The Ppa Is In The Amount Of Eur 208,811.20 Excluding Vat, Which Represents 87% Of The Total Value Of The Order. The Estimated Value Of Separate Item No. 2 And Separate Item No. 3 - The Arithmetic Sum Is Eur 31,188.80 (Thirty-One One Hundred And Eighty Euro Cents, Including Vat, Which Is 13% Of The Total Value Of The Order. In View Of The Above, Article 21, Paragraph 3 Will Be Assigned In Accordance With Article 20, Paragraph 3. 4, Item 3 Of The Public Procurement Act, Namely, In Accordance With Article 21, Paragraph 6 Of The Public Procurement Act, The Remaining Value Of The Contract, Given Its Amount And The Total Value Of The Contract, Is Awarded In Accordance With Article 1, Paragraph 1 Of The Public Procurement Act Professional Liability Insurance
