Printing And Related Services – University Of Turku. With This Call For Tenders, The University Of Turku Is Asking For Offers For The Framework Arrangement Of Printing Services. The University Of Turku Is An Academic Community Of More Than 25,000 Students And Employees. University Units And University-Coordinated Projects Need And Order A Wide Variety Of Printed Products. In Addition To Marketing, Communication And Event Materials, The University Produces Materials, Publications And Books Related To Research And Teaching. Printing Services Are Ordered By Different Units Independently. The Tender For Printed Products Includes Various Printed Marketing, Event And Presentation Materials Such As Flyers, Brochures, Invitation Cards, Posters, Posters, Business Cards, Magazines, As Well As Softcover Books, Publications And Guides. Event And Fair Props Such As Fair Walls And Stands, Fabric Covers, Roll-Ups, Etc. Large-Sized Special Products Are Not Included In The Tender. Neither Hardcover, Bound Books Nor University Dissertations, For Which A Separate Competition And Framework Agreement Have Been Made, Are Included In The Competition. As A Rule, Copies And Prints Are Made With The Universitys Own Multifunction Printers. Based On The Tender, A Framework Arrangement Of Three (3) Suppliers Will Be Formed. Out Of These Three Suppliers, The Supplier Of Business Cards Will Be The One Whose Combined Price Of The Lots Of Business Cards Offered Is The Cheapest. An Indefinite Contract Is Concluded With The Selected Supplier. In Other Respects, Suppliers Are Tendered According To The Current Needs Of The Ordering Unit, Either As A Project, One Order At A Time, Or Possibly With A Fixed-Term Contract. In Practice, Project Competitions Are Always Carried Out With Written E-Mail Surveys. The Tenderer Returns The Duly Completed Appendix 1 Price Form, Which Serves As A Price Comparison. Appendices 2 And 2.1 Describe Customer Satisfaction As Part Of The Quality Comparison. Appendix 3 Describes The Use Of Sample Printing Work As Part Of The Quality Comparison. Appendix 3.1 Contains The Actual Sample Printing Work. Appendix 4 Contains The Draft Agreement.
