The Object Of The Procedure Consists In The Purchase Of It Technical Assistance Services Implemented Within The Smis Project: 339169 Portalul Sportului Romanian - Digitization Of The Public Services Of The National Sports Agency. In Order To Implement The Activities Of The Project, The National Agency For Sport Intends To Acquire The Following Consulting Services: The Services That Will Be Provided Consist Of: • Supervision Of The Implementation Stages Of The Integrated It Platform That Will Be Delivered Within The Project, Namely The Romanian Sports Portal, Including Monitoring Compliance With The Delivery Schedule And The Technical Specifications Established In The Specifications. • Support For Verifying The Functionality Of The Platform In The Private Cloud Environment Provided By The Provider, Ensuring That The Solution Complies With The Security, Scalability And Interoperability Requirements Imposed By The Legislation In Force And The Essential Requirements To Ensure The Possibility Of Migration After The Sustainability Period In The Government Private Cloud. • Elaboration Of Periodic Evaluation Reports On The Implementation Stage, Identification Of Possible Non-Conformities And The Proposal Of Corrective Measures For The Supplier. • Support For Testing The Integration Of The Platform With The Existing Systems Of The State Institution And The Final Validation Of The Deliverables From The Perspective Of The Beneficiary. • Support For The Verification Of The It Technical Deliverables Made Within The Project, With The Assessment Of Their Compliance With The Requirements Specified In The Specifications And Technical Documentation. • Elaboration Of Technical Points Of View On The Delivered Deliverables, As Well As The Preparation Of Detailed Technical Reports, Which Will Form The Basis Of The Acceptance Process Of The Products And Services Provided In The Project.
