Works For Complete Or Part Construction And Civil Engineering Work – Tiefbau Wendeanlage Donaustadion. The Donaustadion Turning System Will Be Renovated And Made Barrier-Free From 2026 As Part Of The Renovation Of Tram Line 1. The Aim Is To Extend The Stops For Longer Trains And To Shorten The Frequency. The Measure Also Includes New Tracks And A Bicycle Lane. As Part Of The Redesign, Tree-Friendly Contact Line Planning Was Also Developed In Order To Minimize Interference With The Existing Tree Population. This Made It Possible To Minimize The Impairment Of The Existing Habitat Structures. However, As A Result Of This Planning, The Number Of Contact Line Masts Required Has Increased.
