Work Detail
Railway Bridge Construction Work – Renewal Of Eü Route 4880 Km 49,954 Schenkenzell. The Railway Overpass (Eü) Over The Kinzig And The B 294 Is Being Renewed. The Structure Is Located At Kilometer 49,954 Of The Single-Track, Non-Electrified Line 4880 Eutingen–Schiltach, In The Alpirsbach–Schiltach Section, In The Municipality Or District Of Schenkenzell. The Existing Overpass Is Designed As A Steel Deck Bridge With A Parallel Truss And Is Approximately 60 M Long. The Track Superstructure Consists Of A K Superstructure With 49 E5 Rails On Hardwood Sleepers And Internal Guide Rails On Both Sides. In The Area In Front Of And Behind The Eü, Safety Gear Rails Are Laid On Concrete Sleepers (B93). As Part Of The New Building, The Construction Of A Prestressed Concrete Bridge Is Planned. This Is Founded On Reinforced Concrete Abutments And A Central Pillar And Is Equipped With Joint Structures And Spherical Bearings. The Structure Is Constructed On The Side In Shoring Boxes And In An Open Excavation Pit. During The Route Closure, The Superstructure Is Moved From The Lateral Production Position To The Final Position. Main Quantities: Dismantling/Demolition Of The Steel Structure Of The Superstructure: Approx. 160 T Dismantling/Demolition Of The Massive Abutments And The Pillar: Approx. 1,240 M³ Earthworks: Approx. 8,200 M³ Excavation Pit Shoring: Approx. 1,420 M², Including Anchors With Approx. 1,300 M Of Reinforced Concrete Substructures (Abutments And Pillars): Approx. 1,090 M³ Prestressed Concrete Superstructure: Approx. 525 M³ Track Superstructure: Approx. 160 M
